Regarding K-seal yeah you are right it clogs the radiator. After a week my radiator was clogged. I drained and flushed the coolant and replaced with a new radiator. Looking good with the coolant clear like rose syrup instead of teh tarik.
Where to get the other product you mentioned?

Looking the aft side bushes. Can gimme the rubber shop address cuz Jalan Besar is a VERY BIG ROAD. Thanks.
Steel Seal looks like a bottle of ice chrysantimum tea. Once sold at Mustafa eons ago. Now K-seal replace cuz its a third the price of steel seal. Everybody wants cheap things nowadays. Dunlop street auto shops got sell. Again its eons ago. Maybe I'll go there walk walk and eat air.(jalan jalan and makan angin)

Yup, steel seal is ex cuz for a reason. It doesn't clog. Stays in the coolant for the duration of the coolant's life. It finds other leaks and seals it. Pretty much pour and forget application.
Gives extra ponies and unicorns to your engine. (industrial strength joke)
