please allow me to make some suggestions, 1. For those with time and computer-savy knowledge, determine, Number of Minz Owners in this Forum and in Singapore 2. Work-out, estimate in an eXcel File, the various items that has to be replaced on a regular basis,..and multiply this by, say 2,..3,..5 years. What is the investment ? Does Anyone have the Storage facility in Singapore ? (maybe I have) Let's join our little resources together, and do our own Hafei-parts importation biz'. From the way things are going,..I anticipate the following,.. - Vertex-SG WILL continue to increase prices (to cover-up for lossess from failing sales),..and it will try to find someone else to take over this Agency,.... -..and if Mr. Sng's plans fail,..He will simply abandon the brand,...declare company bankrupt, and walk away If We do not do anything to anticipate this course of future events, there may be a day when we will be held at ransom, to buy parts at their prices (which is Bloody f**king high) , not the market / ours. Watdaya all think ? email me privately at searth63@yahoo.com for other inputs Thanks A total of 333 Hafei cars (Hafei Lobo and Hafei MinZ MPV) sold as at Dec 2009 as per LTA website. A total of 168 Hafei vans sold as at Dec 2009 as per LTA website. Total for Hafei MinZ MPV, Hafei Lobo and Hafei Van is : 501Hafei Cars (Lobo and MinZ MPV) :www.lta.gov.sg/corp_info/doc/MVP02-2%20(New%20Cars%20by%20make).pdfHafei Vans:www.lta.gov.sg/corp_info/doc/MVP02-4%20(New%20CVS%20by%20make).pdf

That's a great find! I am definitely interested to get this. Beats any attachable type cup holders.
Keep it up bro Vin. Do share any interesting find on Taobao. I don't read Mandarin so its a problem finding stuff there.
Thanks!

Nice find I wonder which Suzuki model shares the same suspension arm as our Hafei... any ideas? I contacted the person Ella before. She is willing to help us order parts in small quantities. I think I have the full list of parts and prices somewhere in my computer. Will look for it and post it here.

Hi! Dear Hafei Club members/Cars Owners,
I am Ekims. I have recently tried to order from TaoBao.com but unfortunately after registering to be come members in to purchase the spare parts and make payment to Alipay(appointed agent similiar to ebay). My credit cards were rejected as I guess they only accept H.K or China registered banks.
Recently, I got a friend who visited to China and managed to requested my friend to purchase a Spoiler, one complete set of front/back brake pad & brake shoe, Cables for handbra & Clutch, petrol & air filters and etc....! Wows my friend complain it going be heavy bring back s'pore u know ya..
Anyway, I am looking forward to his return to give him a good treat.

Hi I found these 2 items at Taobao : Side board for sliding door for MinZ - Y32.32 Yuan or SGD $6.50.item.taobao.com/auction/item_detail.jhtml?item_id=1e58befff65e6532ef27734b6a89849b&x_id=0db1Snap Plastic Clip at Y2.02 Yuan or SGD $0.40item.taobao.com/auction/item_detail-0db1-eff15e28ac584c42063b0c75045efd9d.htmTo change a new side board or repair it at $20 each panel The side board can also be manned or repaired at one shop in Ubi at around $20 each panel. Usually it is due to the snap clip holes cracked and loosen, need to seal it up with special glue. A total of about 10 snap clip holes from each side board. I am going to try it out repairing at that shop next week, ask them to repair one (or two) side board at $20 each. For your information, a new side board cost about $74 from Hafei Service Centre and plastic snap clip $2 each, before adding installation fee.

The holes for the plastic pins on my sideboards are mostly broken as well.
The shops just tugged at the boards instead of using the proper prying tool.
Its quite a big piece, i wonder how much the shipping would be. Anyone ordering one?
Do share with us the addy of the shop you are going for the repair of the boards.
I remembered bumping with owners at the service center with the boards and the covering dropping off.

(Tel 67495600) He is ordering the material and will be ready to carry out the repair early next week. It will take about 1-2 hrs, so need to call up and make an appointment.
